Studio Policies

Please review our policies for a smooth and enjoyable experience.

📅 Booking & Deposits

  • A 50 KES deposit is required to confirm all appointments.
  • The deposit is deducted from the total service cost.
  • Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment.
  • We accept M-PESA and cash payments.
  • Maximum 20 bookings per day — slots are limited!

🔄 Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations may forfeit their deposit.
  • No-shows will forfeit their deposit entirely.
  • We understand emergencies happen — please communicate as soon as possible.

⏰ Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled.
  • We'll do our best to accommodate, but service quality is our priority.

🔄 Refills & Satisfaction

  • Free refill within 2-5 days of your appointment.
  • Free lash removal if we installed them.
  • Concerns must be raised within 48 hours for complimentary adjustment.
  • Due to the nature of lash services, we do not offer cash refunds.
  • We are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues.
